French nationality, Postgraduate in Economy (International), got a Master degree in Economy (International) & Sociology, and Former Student of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
As an accredited representative he works in China since 1997 and held the post as Managing Director of Veolia Water North China for then taking the responsibility of Veolia Water China as COO.
Having successfully conclude important governmental cooperation in water service projects he acted as Chairman of the Board or Director of drinking and sewage water treatment companies such as Beijing, Hohhot, Urumqi, Lanzhou, Baoji, Chengdu, etc.
By 2014, he became Security Director for Veolia Projects in Asia and Special Advisor to the Senior Executive Vice-President Asia.
Since September 2023, he is developing Carbios’ activity in China as Chief Representative.
